Horlicks has launched its new Horlicks Protein Powder in India, expanding the brand’s nutrition portfolio into the growing everyday protein segment. The product is positioned around the proposition “Your Day Is the Real Workout,” highlighting the protein needs associated with everyday activities such as work, commuting, travel and household routines, rather than focusing only on gym or sports consumption. According to the launch information, the product provides 24 g of protein and 4 g of prebiotic fibre per serving, with fermented yeast protein as its protein source. The formulation also includes inulin and papain and is naturally lactose-free. Available in Chocolate, Coffee and Unflavored variants, the product comes in convenient single-serve sachets, with a 1 kg pack containing 28 sachets. The launch aims to make protein consumption more accessible and convenient for consumers by integrating it into their everyday nutrition routines.
